1. Schools wishing to participate in this year’s fair must complete the online registration form by no later than November 1st, 2010 (done by principal or Science department head)
2. Students who wish to participate must complete the online student application and project summary by January 15th, 2011. If partners are submitting an application, both may submit the application form together. Do not submit an application form twice.
3. A fee of $30 must be received by January 15th, 2011 at Pacific Academy; (cheques only) postmarked no later than December 25th if sent by mail. Registration includes a t-shirt.
4. A signed parent/teacher consent form must be received at Pacific Academy by mail; postmarked no later than January 15th, 2011 if sent by mail. The consent form may be printed and submitted with the project payment.
5. Schools traveling distances that require accommodations will have the option of staying with billets to save costs. Please indicate on the school registration form if you would like billets provided for your school.
6. Cheques must be payable to Pacific Academy.

7. Students will be notified by e-mail if your project has been accepted. A complete confirmation package will be mailed to the school c/o the sponsor teacher. If this package is not received by February 1st, please e-mail sstang@pacificacademy.net
